They are not interchangeable, because Apple and Google run separate networks.

No. Find My is already on your iPhone and Find Hub is already on supported Android phones. There is no MIMBO app and no account to create.

None. You pay once — no subscription, no activation fee, no data plan.

You can follow your parcel any time on our order tracking page — you will need the order number from your confirmation email.

If the parcel has not shipped yet, message us straight away with your order number and the correct address and we will update it.

Once it has left us, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

You have 100 days from delivery. Send us your order number and we will start the return — the product should come back in its original condition and packaging.

Work through these in order — it is almost always one of them:

• Bluetooth is on, and you are in the right app (Find My for the Bell, Find Hub for the Card).
• Hold the tracker within a few centimetres of the phone.
• The Bell has a fresh CR2032 fitted the right way up; the Card has been charged.
• The tracker is not still paired to another phone — remove it there first.

Probably not. MIMBO reports its position when a compatible phone passes close enough to hear it. In a busy street that is constant; on an empty rural road or inside a metal container there may be no phone nearby, so you will see where it was last seen.

If it has not updated in a place with plenty of people around, message us.

The Tracking Bell uses a standard CR2032 coin cell that lasts 6–8 months. Open the tracking module, swap the cell, close it up — your pairing is kept, nothing to set up again.

Set it on a Qi wireless pad on its own — no other cards, no phone, and not on a metal surface. Centre it on the pad; the coil is small and alignment matters more than it does for a phone.

A full charge lasts around 3 months.
