How does the Mimbo GPS bell work?

Mimbo connects directly to Apple Find My® using your iPhone. Once paired, you can view your bike’s location, play a sound, activate Lost Mode, and receive location updates through the Find My app.

What is your cancellation policy?

No. Mimbo currently works only with Apple devices using the Apple Find My® network. An iPhone or Apple device is required for setup and tracking.

Yes. You can connect and manage multiple Mimbo bells directly inside the Apple Find My® app, making it easy to track several bikes from one device.

How do I set up my Mimbo bell?

Setup takes less than a minute. Mount the bell to your handlebars, open the Apple Find My® app, tap “Add Item,” and follow the pairing instructions on your iPhone.

Does Mimbo work worldwide?

Yes. Mimbo works anywhere supported by Apple Find My®. As long as nearby Apple devices are present, your bike’s location can update through the Find My network globally.

Battery, Charging & Reliability

Does the Mimbo bell require charging?

No. Mimbo uses a replaceable battery designed to last up to 8 months, depending on usage. When the battery runs low, simply replace it and continue riding.

Is the battery easy to replace?

Yes. The tracking module is designed for simple battery replacement, allowing you to quickly swap the battery and keep your bike protected without complicated setup or downtime.
