Shipping Rates

All Mimbo orders include free worldwide shipping — no hidden costs or handling fees.

For customers in the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout on top of the listed product price.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable in your country) are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can follow your package’s journey in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

Change of Address

Need to update your shipping address?
Contact support@getmimbo.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once the parcel has shipped, address changes can’t be guaranteed.

Order Cancellation

We prepare orders quickly, often within hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email support@getmimbo.com within 2 hours of placing it.
After this window, the order may already be processed and en route.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

We’ll investigate with the carrier and provide a quick resolution — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
