Use your EvenHeat fan for 30 nights from delivery. If the cold side of your room isn't noticeably warmer, we'll refund you in full.

How to claimContact us within 30 nights of delivery with your order number and a photo of the fan on your stove. Moving it a few centimetres can make all the difference, so we'll offer that tip first if you want it.

Promise 2

The Lifetime Motor Warranty

If your EvenHeat fan ever stops spinning in normal use, we'll send you a new one free, for as long as you own it.

How to claimContact us with your order number and a short video of the fan on a lit stove, with the thermometer showing. We'll ship you a new fan, and there's nothing to send back.
