Changed your mind?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just contact us within those 14 days and we'll send you return instructions.
Send the item back within a further 14 days, unused and in its original packaging where possible. We'll refund you, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement free. No need to return the damaged one.
Not warm enough? That's what our guarantee is for.
